Creative & Operations Marketing Working Student

Support our App & Website and Marketing teams as freelance contractors (20h/week) starting July 1st. This is a long-term collaboration opportunity for an established freelancer.

Important: While this is a 20-hour-per-week agreement, daily availability (Monday- Friday) is required to address urgent fixes and updates when needed.

• Course & Platform Content Management:

  • Build and structure new courses in WordPress

  • Review course content for quality and consistency

  • Prepare course materials (subtitles, translations, course structure)

  • Create and publish updates for customers via Announcekit

• Website & Marketing Support:

  • Build and update landing pages in Webflow & WordPress

  • Set up and manage email campaigns and automations in ActiveCampaign

• Experience with WordPress & Webflow content management
• Practical web design skills
• Basic experience with email marketing tools (ActiveCampaign preferred)
• Fluent in English (German, Spanish and/or French a plus)
• Proficient with task management tools (Jira, Asana, Linear)
• Experience with Figma for design
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Based in Europe
• Must be an established freelancer with:
  • Business registration and ability to issue invoices
  • Proven track record of reliable, long-term client relationships
  • Consistent availability during European business hours
  • Stable internet connection and appropriate work environment
