Weâre hiring a Product Content Manager to create compelling, customer-driven content that fuels marketing campaigns and drives demo bookings, product adoption, and brand awareness.
Youâll be the go-to person for content at Pinpointâwriting product-led pieces, telling great customer stories, and making sure our best ideas get seen and shared.
- This is a remote role based in the U.K., with occasional in-person meetings, events, and training
- Youâll be our only content marketerâfully owning creation, repurposing, and publishing. This is a high-output role, and weâre looking for someone who thrives on producing meaningful content, fast
- Customer interviewing is a foundational part of this role. Youâll regularly speak with customers to understand their work, then profile their best practices in content
- At Pinpoint, product-led content means writing that shows how our software solves real customer problems. This often includes screen grabs, feature walkthroughs, templates, or embedded customer stories. Itâs actionable, practical, and directly tied to product valueânot just high-level thought leadership

- Interview customers to uncover compelling use cases, success stories, and adviceâthen turn those insights into high-impact, product-led content
- Produce a wide range of content formats: blog posts, case studies, website copy, emails, event scripts, and podcast interviews
- Use storytelling to show how customers use Pinpoint in practiceânot just what the product does
- Write our bi-weekly newsletter and monthly product release announcements, improving them over time
- Repurpose every piece of content into multiple formatsâsocial posts, short videos, internal enablement, SEO pages, etc
- Keep our LinkedIn feed full of relevant, timely, high-quality content
- Obsess over our audienceâwhere they hang out, how they think, and what messages resonate
- Use data and analytics to continuously improve content performance
- Maintain a content calendar, coordinate across the team, and hit campaign deadlines
- 2â3 years of professional writing experience with hands-on content creation for a B2B software company.
- Experience creating product-led contentâwriting that walks through a use case, includes product visuals (e.g. screenshots), and explains how the software solves real customer problems.
- A T-shaped storytellerâwriting is your core skill, but you know how to integrate visuals, video, or other formats to tell a stronger story
- You think about content âUXââhow itâs structured, consumed, and optimized
- Experience creating engaging posts for social media, especially LinkedIn
- Strong interviewerâcomfortable speaking with customers and experts to uncover insights
- Youâre proactive, curious, and organizedâable to juggle deadlines, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver without overcomplicating things
- Conversational, engaging writing styleâno fluff, no jargon
- Have worked in a startup or fast-paced, high-output team
- Have used AI tools to improve content workflows without sacrificing quality
- Understand digital marketing or demand generation principles
- First 30 days: Complete onboarding, publish your first few content pieces, start obsessing over our target audience, and join customer interviews
- First 60 days: Your content shows clear improvement in industry knowledge and alignment with our voice. Youâre repurposing everything youâve published in multiple ways to support marketing campaigns
- First 90 days: You can independently produce content with minimal edits and lead customer interviews
- First 6 months: Your content has poured fuel on our demand gen fire. Under your watch, weâre producing more content, of higher quality, and repurposing it more. Youâve learned our audience so well, you can anticipate their reactions and produce better content
- Marketing impact â Our team drives demo bookings, pipeline growth, customer product adoption, and brand awareness with key accounts. Your content will directly contribute to these goals.
- Speed & efficiency â For example, getting case studies back to customers for approval quickly to keep them engaged in the project
- Content output & repurposing â Weâd expect you to produce 1-3 content pieces per week, and find multiple ways to repurpose and repromote them (such as 5 social media posts, SEO optimization, a newsletter promo, and links back from other pages)
- Customer interviews â Are you successfully prepping customers and getting what you need out of the interviews to create compelling content?
- Performance metrics â We’ll track the results of individual content pieces through metrics like email open/click rates, social media engagement, etc
