Growth Marketing Manager

An international leading company developing an AI-powered travel platform for businesses is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with a focus on paid search and PPC to join its team.

Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft Ads to achieve lead generation and CPA targets
Lead SEO strategy and execution to grow sustainable organic traffic
Manage CRO initiatives across the marketing funnel to improve conversion rates
Develop comprehensive performance reports and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to align messaging and enhance the customer journey
Work closely with RevOps to refine attribution in GA4, GTM, and Hubspot

Requirements

2+ years of practical experience gained in B2B SaaS company environments
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Ads/PPC campaigns

Strong proficiency in Google Ads is required (experience with LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Meta Ads is a plus)
Solid skills in analytics, attribution modeling, and performance reporting
Comfortable conducting CRO testing and driving conversion optimization initiatives
Skilled with GA4, GTM, and Hotjar or Clarity.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
