Prohibited Activities
Unauthorized use of automated bots, scripts, or software to extract or scrape job listings. Misrepresentation of data sourced from ITDC. Use of job postings for spam, fraud, or any unlawful activities. Redistribution of sensitive or personally identifiable information associated with job postings.
Liability and Indemnification
Limitation of Liability: ITDC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its job listings by third-party aggregators. Indemnification: Third-party aggregators agree to indemnify and hold harmless ITDC from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their misuse of job postings or breach of these terms.
Modification of Terms
ITDC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services by third-party aggregators after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
